Compare 1587 edition: 1 THis Finnanus had the nobles of his realme in ſuch eſtimatiõ,Finna|nus. that he ordeyned that no|thing ſhould be decreed or practiſed touching the publike affayres of the realme, except they were firſt made priuie and of counſell in the ſame.
