Whervpon procuring them to aſſemble their powers,Maximianus cauſeth the Brytaynes to ioyne with him to go a|gainſt the Scottes. and to ioyne the ſame with his, which he had brought ouer with him, he paſſed through the countrey vnto Yorke, and ſo from thence marched forth towards the Scottes being alreadie aſſembled in campe to defende the countrey of Weſtmerland againſt him.
