Hee was the fyrſt whiche ordey|ned that ſuche as were baniſhed or condem|ned for anye cryme,A couetous and cruel or|dinance. ſhoulde forfeyte all theyr landes and goodes wythoute any conſideration had, eyther to wyfe or chylde, whiche is ob|ſerued at the full euen vnto theſe oure dayes, where before it was otherwyſe in that Coun|trey.
