Compare 1587 edition: 1 Agricola ma|king a bridge ouer Tay wa|ter, paſſeth by the ſame with his hoſte, and encampeth neare to the foote of the mountayne of Granzbene.Some of them that were not ouer haſtie to follow the firſte, ſeeing the preſent loſſe of theyr fellowes, returned by the ſame way they came vnto Agricola, who in this meane tyme had cauſed a bridge to be made ouer ye riuer of Tay, by the whiche hee paſſed with his whole armie, and encamped on the further ſide thereof neare to the rootes of the mountayne of Granzbene, leauing the bridge garniſed with a competent number of ſouldiers to defende it againſt the e|nimies.

Compare 1587 edition: 1 The Pictes being not a little troubled here|with, diſpatched foorth a meſſenger with all haſte vnto Galde the Scottiſhe king, ſignifying vnto him the whole matter, and therevpon requyred him of ayde.
