[1] [2] [3] Culpeper and Diram execu|ted.The tenth of December, the said Culpeper and Diram were drawen from the tower vnto Tiburne and there Culpeper had his head striken off, and Di|ram was hanged, dismembred and headed. Culpe|pers bodie was buried in S. Sepulchers church, but both their heads were set on London bridge. The two and twentith of December were arreigned in the Kings bench at Westminster,Attaindors. the ladie Marga|ret Howard, wife to the lord William Howard, Ka|tharine Tilneie, & Alice Restwold gentlewomen, Ioane Bulmer, wife to Anthonie Bulmer gentle|man, Anne Howard, wife to Henrie Howard es|quier, and brother to the late queene, Malein Tilneie widow, Margaret Benet, wife to Iohn Benet gen|tleman, Edward Walgraue gentleman, William Ashbie gentleman; all these were condemned of mis|prision of treason, for concealing the queenes misde|meanour. And the same daie in the afternoone, the lord William Howard, and Damport a gentleman were likewise arreigned, and condemned of the same offense, and as well these as the other were ad|iudged to lose their goods, & the profits of their lands during life, and to remaine in perpetuall prison.
