[1] Further, that the said William Collingborne, be|ing confederate with the said earle and other his ad|herents, as well within the realme as without, the eightéenth day of Iulie, in the said second yeare, with|in the parish of saint Gregories in Faringdon ward within,Collingborne indicted to be a libeller a|gainst king Richard. had deuised certeine bils and writings in rime, to the end that the same being published, might stir the people to a commotion against the king. And those bils and writings in rime so deuised and writ|ten, the same Collingborne the daie and yeare last mentioned, had fastened and set vpon diuerse doores of the cathedrall church of saint Paule, for the more speedie furthering of his intended purpose.
