Legats from the pope. came from the pope to Montmiriall, whom the archbishop suspected rather to fauour the kings cause than his: yet he was contented that they should haue the iudg|ment thereof committed vnto them: so that first (ac|cording to the rules of the church) restitution might be made both to him and his, of such goods as had beene taken from them.
