Compare 1587 edition: 1 It came well to paſſe for Scotland, that a|bout the ſame time the king of England entring into warres agaynſt France, was conſtrayned to ceaſſe his purſute of the cõqueſt which he min|ded to make in Scotland, the which muſt needes haue come to full effecte, if he had followed hys former purpoſe and intent.
