Compare 1587 edition: 1 One Robert Flemeyn,Robert Fle|meyn rewar|ded for his faythful ſer|uice. by whoſe meanes he reuenged the treaſon wrought agaynſt him by Iohn Cumyn, with ſlaughter of the ſame Iohn, had the lands of Cumnernald giuen him, whiche were of the inheritãce belonging to ye ſaid Cumin.

Compare 1587 edition: 1 It is reported by writers, that two knights of Brabant that ſerued amongſt the Engliſh men, chaunced to heare many reprochfull wordes ſpo|ken in the Engliſhe campe againſt king Robert, who being ſomewhat moued therewith, & miſly|king ſuch diſmeaſured talke, wiſhed in wordes that the victorie might chaunce vnto him.
