Compare 1587 edition: 1 Henry the ſecond of that name king of En|glande, hearing that Malcolme had thus ſub|dued his domeſtical enimies, dread leaſt he being enboldened therwith, ſhould now attempt ſome|what againſt the Engliſhmen, and therefore by counſell of his Nobles, he ſent an Herald vnto king Malcolme,K. Compare 1587 edition: 1 King Malcolme obeyed this cõmaundement of king Henry, but yet vnder condition, (as the Scottiſh wryters affirme) that it ſhoulde in no maner wiſe preiudice the frauncheſſes and li|berties of the Scottiſh kingdome.
