Compare 1587 edition: 1 Shortly after the proſcriptiõ of theſe Engliſh men, William the Conquerour ſent an heralde at Armes vnto king Malcolme,William Con|queror threat|neth king Malcolme. demaunding to haue Edgar deliuered into his hands, and threat|ning that if he refuſed to deliuer him, he woulde ſurely fetch him, and that finally for Malcolmes commoditie.
