Harrison is presumably here citing either Leland directly or Leland as cited by Bale, in Catalogus 23-4, where Lucius's conversion is described as following an imperial edict forbidding the observance of the druidical religion. In fact edicts against druidism are recorded of Tiberius (by Pliny) and Claudius (by Suetonius), but not of Antoninus Pius (emperor 137-161 - perhaps his son Marcus Aurelius, who ruled from 161 to 180 as Marcus Aurelius Antoninus, is meant).
