recte Notitiam dignitatum, an early fifth-century list of the offices of the Roman empire, east and west. It includes the names of the provinces of Britain given above. It had no known connection with Sextus Rufus, but was also attributed to him by Humfrey Lhuyd, The breviary of Britaine (1573), fol. 89r, suggesting that it was printed with the former's Breviarium_ in a collection of late Roman historical writings.
